REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Conditions
   You have the right to return the product within 30 days of receipt. The return conditions are as follows:
   The product must be unused and unwashed.
   The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
2. Exchange Conditions
   If you wish to exchange the product, please follow the return process to apply for a return first, and then use the refund amount to place a new order. Exchanges are not available for customized or personalized products.

   Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
   Prepare the Return: Pack the product according to our instructions, ensuring it is not damaged during shipping, and clearly write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.

   Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
4. Processing Time
   Return Processing: After receiving your return, we will process your refund request within 5-7 business days.
   Refund Time: The refund will be returned via your original payment method. Depending on the payment method, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to arrive.
