The product must be unused and unwashed.
The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. - Exchange Conditions

Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
Prepare the Return: Pack the product according to our instructions, ensuring it is not damaged during shipping, and clearly write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.

Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. - Processing Time
